Mr. Kurt Ramin is presently engaged in consulting
activities on behalf of the London-based International Accounting
Standards Board (IASB). Mr. Ramin is also a member of Financial
Executive International (FEI) and past president of one of
their largest chapters. Previously Mr. Ramin was a Partner
with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Capital Markets Practice
where he helped to establish their German practice, which
included M&A work for major German Companies and was one of
the leaders in obtaining new business. His expertise in international
accounting and business gives MZInc important knowledge and
insight into international economies, and business markets
worldwide, as well as being expert in producing world-class
annual reports.

Mr. Jorge Sosa is an internationally recognized architect
and designer that has overseen such prestigious projects as
the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center and various
facilities for the AT&T Corporation, including their exhibition
at Disney World's Epcot Center. He is also known for his design
of several private estates along the Eastern Long Island and
New Jersey shorelines, which have been featured in numerous
design and architectural magazines. His expertise has proven
invaluable in the design of several architectural design books
and publications produced by MZInc, and will continue to be
for any projects pertaining to this field.
Mr. David Slackman has been a respected member of
the financial community for over thirty years. Presently Mr.
Slackman is the President, Manhattan Market for Commerce Bank,
a 135-year-old banking concern with more than $15 billion
in total assets. His knowledge of the banking and the financial
world prove to be a great resource in consulting on projects
for corporate clients in the banking and financial services
industry.
Ms. Larissa Van Duzer currently is associated with
the Forum Metropolitan Foundation. As the former Director
she was involved with all areas of development, including
the engagement of prominent speakers in business, government,
finance, industry, entertainment and media for VIP business
networking functions. Ms. Van Duzer was formerly President
of the Winthrop Group, a consulting firm that handled special
projects for a variety of non-profit organizations such as
the National Museum of Catholic Art & History. Her work included
fund-raising, high-level international contract negotiations,
marketing, public relations and corporate communications.
Ms. Van Duzer's vast experience in all aspects of non-profit
organization, fundraising and public relations allows MZInc

Lewis P. Johnson has been at the forefront of the
exhibit industry for three decades. As president, CEO and
principal owner of Lynch Industries in New Jersey from 1962
through 1990, Mr. Johnson is recognized by corporate exhibitors
and museum professionals alike as a driving force in exhibit
innovation. Building Lynch from a small exhibit studio to
one of the largest and most respected independent exhibit
design and fabrication firms in the world, Lewis Johnson was
a key figure in the movement to broaden the exhibit vocabulary
through a new diversity of communication forms, redefining
the medium in terms of its integration with corporate marketing
strategies. His innovations allow MZInc to do unparalleled
work in the trade show and event marketing sector, as well
as the fine art community.

Ms. Rissa Seigneur is the Principal of TACTICS Financial
