Bringing chat room technology to the healthcare arena meant that even when the physicians were vacationing overseas they were able to stay connected with their patients and provide personalized care and advice.
- E-commerce development enabled the clinic to effectively market the orthopedic medical equipment which was a both a crucial part of the rehabilitative process and a significant source of income for the clinic.

- The clinic was able to offer diagnosis, surgery or treatment, rehabilitation therapy, and follow up care and equipment all under one roof with a consolidated billing system.
